"As soon as we started this programme we…"
As soon as we started this programme we thought if only we’d started this years ago - such a positive approach and immediately gives hope. The Bee sessions provide brilliant explanations of anxiety and how some behaviours can be manifested. The reflections for parents are absolutely key, as is the stepping back and realising the pressure we put on ourselves can so easily be lifted once we have the awareness and understanding. We’re just about to engage the kids now and it really feels like a big positive step forward.

"Daughter"
Hi
I’ve just about finished Bee, and when i first started i did think is this for me as at first when you start the video you think they are talking to you like you have had anxiety and in my case i have not but by the time i came out of U i started to realise that it was giving me a better understanding of anxiety and what it actually is and how it’s made my daughter feel.
I feel like a weights being lifted of my shoulder the zoom videos have made me realise we’re not alone and Hannah is really helpful.
I’m really excited to see what else it brings and praying my daughter gets on board which i’m sure with the guidence she will 🙂 Do if your in two minds like i was give it a go youve nothing to loose! ❤️

"Goes against the grain - exactly what we need"
Earlier this year our 12 year old daughter started feigning illness to avoid school, and it started happening more and more frequently. Everyone at her school was very kind and helpful. Her Head of Year had a chat with her, and called me afterwards for a debrief. This was the moment I learnt my daughter had anxiety… I just hadn’t seen it for what it was.
Despite amazing support from school and the GP, things went into a freefall. We tried a private therapist to get us through the summer holidays, although I was reluctant to make my daughter talk to yet another person. One real low point was getting a call from a social worker who wanted to do a home visit. I managed to fend this off though. Although everyone was incredibly kind, understanding and supportive, we were being steered down a road of getting our daughter assessed for autism or ADHD, which just didn’t sit right with us.
It was actually the school counsellor who stumbled across the Young Vibes website and sent me the details. I wasn’t going to watch the whole 30 minute video but once I started I was totally drawn in. Pretty much everything that Sam said resonated, and it felt so refreshing to hear someone agreeing with our gut feeling: that it is not a neurodiversity issue that is causing our daughter this distress. However, after doing a bit of digging, I was put off by some scathing reviews online, and we didn’t feel we could risk exposing our vulnerable daughter to any risk. And yet… I couldn’t stop thinking about Young Vibes. So, after three weeks of more hellish scenarios (like sitting in the car for two hours outside school, sobbing while my daughter sat next to me… another real low point - there are many!) we decided to take the plunge. Knowing that our child wasn’t going to be exposed to any more third parties at Young Vibes, until we’d had a proper chance to vet them, gave us the confidence to test it out.
We have now completed the first stage, ‘BEE’, and are ready to bring our daughter on board. We have spent the last 4 weeks slowly watching the videos, and have joined almost every Zoom call with the loveliest lady, Hannah. This is the real gold: to find a community of parents going through the exact same struggles as us, and some versions even far worse than ours. Even if we didn’t talk on the Zoom calls, we could relate to so much of what everyone was going through, and learnt so much about ourselves by seeing things in others, and from Hannah’s wise words.
Home is a much calmer place now that we have prioritised wellbeing over school attendance. We feel better equipped to help our daughter start to recover, and are excited about getting her on board. We are filled with hope after hearing so many success stories. And we are so grateful to Sam and Martin for pushing through and fighting for what they believe in, despite all the challenges. Going against the grain is never easy, but going against the grain certainly feels right for our family, after everything else has failed.

"We can’t thank Young Vibes enough 🙏🏻"
We started this programme- as most parents on this course do- absolutely exhausted, helpless and terrified as to what the future held for our son and our family.
From the day we signed up, we felt an enormous sense of relief and a weight lifted off our shoulders. The pressure was lifted immediately and we felt supported, positive and hopeful for the first time in a long time.
Your programme gives parents and families the knowledge and understanding, and therefore the confidence to live the life we want to live.
The content is delivered in a succinct and manageable way and the support is always there when we need it. You have to put the hard work in, but it is so worth it.

"We have decided to enroll in this…"
We have decided to enroll in this program once we have exhausted all other resources and therapists, in the hope that our 12 year old daughter would recover from her intense recovery.
We have now finished the first part of the program Bumblebee, and although I knew what anxiety is, this program allowed me to explore other aspects of this condition and helped me take a more positive and relaxed approach.
I am excited and intrigued to see what else I will learn and foremost, how my daughter will learn about how her thinking and behavior can change, once she understands the entire process.

"A different way of looking at things "
I have completed the parent bee portal so far and feel that this is hopefully going to be what we need to move forward as a family. I now understand how much I have been feeding my daughters anxiety and why she has changed so much recently. I am hoping that she is able to engage and use the knowledge to pull herself forward into a happy and healthy life again.

"Fully recovered "
On to the final part of the program, although i think this program will stay with me forever (in a good way) it has worked wonders for the whole family. I have learnt so much incredible information that I will never forget.
The changes began instantly in the first few weeks for us, tweaks here and there to how we reacted and spoke to our child made the world of difference. It took time for my child to engage in the program but he did. It has been worth its weight in gold! I will be eternally grateful.
Thank you to Sam and the team- you saved us all!

"It's an amazing program!"
It's an amazing program!
Seems very controversial initially, but actually makes sense!
Very helpful as parents have to work on themselves and actual change starts from there!
Just completed the first part of the programme and looking forward the next chapter!

"Don’t hesitate, join the programme! "
After trying various different avenues of CAHMS, hypnotherapy, psychologists etc, I reached a point where I thought nothing was going to help! For months I watched the videos of Sam talking about this programme on Facebook, I would go back and forth on the idea of joining. My son started secondary school in September and the first few days were horrific, that’s when I made the decision that enough was enough and I had to do something…the change in my son has been unbelievable and I didn’t realise how much my behaviours were affecting my son, this programme really opens your eyes to what anxiety actually is, The support you recieve from the team is second to none, they have lived and breathed what we are going through. I will be forever grateful for the team especially to Hannah throughout this journey and all the other parents going through the same as you.
I am feeling more positive and stronger now and that is all down to this programme-remember if you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got
You won’t regret joining…I promise x
