Wonderful customer service via the online chat. I was number 1 in the queue and waited for less than a minute. I bought a key ring back in November 2019 as a gift for my sister and it broke the other day. I explained the situation, confirmed my order number etc and without question i was offered a replacement. What a fabulous service!! I cant thank Sinéad enough and my sister will be thrilled! If only all companies were as helpful as Lulu Guinness. Thanks again!

I love the Lulu Guinness brand and have bought many items previously and always been thrilled with the quality and service from the brand. I purchased some gorgeous shoes which were sadly too big so needed to swap them for a smaller size. Sinead was so friendly and sorted out my replacement right away. I will appreciate the help and the service and will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

I had the very sad experience of having all my jewellery burgled from my house. The thief took it away in a Lulu Guinness dust bag from my wardrobe. I contacted customer services in the hope of buying a replacement dust bag and was offered one, free gratis, by Sinead. She sent it the same day and also included a small free gift. Such kind and wonderful service has restored my faith in my fellow human beings (almost).

These were sent free of charge together with a lovely little gift.

I contacted Customer Services and I got in contact with a lovely person Called SInead and she sorted out my refunds straightaway. I will definately buy from there again, the quality of the bag and purse I received was superb.

"Very poor experience this time round"

Very poor experience this time round. I'm very sad to write this review - my last experience was extremely positive but this time round, it couldn't be further from the truth. Firstly, the responses felt as though the person was looking at someone else's emails. The information was conflicting throughout. I purchased a bag that is obviously flawed - they apologised for the flaw with my purse (?) and offered a full refund. When I said the problem was with my bag, they basically said there was no problem - but that it must have been a design fault - hmmm surely that's a problem when the zip takes you 5 minutes to close!!! In the end I gave up, but I will be writing to the executive board.
