This is all it takes, to have a good dedicated and hard working person who values the customer. I had an incident which is very professionally handled by Sinéad. She was very understanding and listened to all the trouble i had buying an umbrella from portsmouth in the summee and then moving to newcastle. Also she appreciated it that i carried it all the way back to london to return it and the lady at the shop couldnt do anything which really upset me and made me think ill never buy from them again but then i contacted Sinéad and she was very accommodating and valued me as a customer and this is why till this day, i continue to shop from them lulu guinness. Its this one person who made all the difference .

I made an online order (from Qatar) through Lulu Guinness’ UK website. I emailed customer service to ask for my phone number to be written on the parcel in order that the delivery company could phone me when my parcel arrived in Qatar. I was replied to immediately by a most helpful member of the customer services team. The bag and purse that I ordered arrived within a couple of days and are of exceptional quality. I will most definitely be buying from Lulu Guinness again.

I am posting a review in the hope of getting some action from Lulu Guinness (LG) I have been trying to make a return for 7 weeks now, emails to customer service go unanswered, calls are not returned and after initially getting a response on line this soon stopped without the matter being resolved. I have had two dates that I had expected the return to be collected I stayed in all day at great inconvenience to me and no one has come. Messages to LG about this have gone unanswered. I will continue to message in an attempt to get the issue resolved. I can not remember worse customer service It is inexcusable and an appalling way for LG to treat its customers.
