Awesome customer service when Wayfair really let me down with a faulty item I bought from them. In the end Nathan at Dihl resolved the issue by offering to send a replacement lid to my hands free bin. It was Wayfairs job to contact Dihl on my behalf but they refused to assist. Thanks Nathan and team, I shall shop direct in future

Superb customer service, instant response and next day rectification. This is my second sensor bin, the previous one lasted 4 years. Very pleased with this model and there was an issue with the lid but Nathan at Customer Services rectified quickly. Couldn't be more pleased.

Receive a new bin which had been dented in transit. Called Nathan at Dihl and he arranged for a new one to be sent out straight away. Great customer service.

I had a fault with the product I had purchased after 3 months. I contacted customer services and they promptly responded within a couple of hours advising me of a way I might be able to fix the issue.
I followed the instructions, but was unable to fix the issue, I emailed them the next day and they came back to me again very promptly offering a replacement product.
It's very rare that you get a quick response from customer services that isn't an automated message. The issue was all dealt with very promptly. I know much larger companies that have taken weeks to resolve an issue. I would highly recommend Dihl they are a great company and have very good products. My previous product I was replacing lasted over 4 years, it's a great investment and will definitely be using them in the future.
