"Problem with the handle the screw…"

Problem with the handle the screw wouldn't go into it smoothly to start with because the thread was covered in paint and the screw had to cut the thread. Emailed them and they said it's clearly my fault and dont even offer to help in anyway didn't even give me an option to get anither handle so stuck with hower the handles are bery cheap and poor quality so wont last long anyway then cut communication

Ordered 3 made to measure windows and large french doors in black, inside and out.
Order was completed and delivered in 2 weeks.
Unfortunately a couple of liner parts had gone missing in transit. Customer service was spot on and the parts arrived the next day.
Really excellent service.
My builder commented that the windows were equal in quality to any others on the market and could not believe how little they cost.
Am super happy with the product and customer service.
Would not hesitate to use them again, and my builder intends to use them on future projects.

Good door at a very fair price. Only slight grumble is the fact that you have changed the glazing beads since I last ordered from you, and these were a bit harder to install.
