I ordered four windows and a set of French doors, all in anthracite. The doors were scratched and were white on the edge, the lock plate on the bottom was loose because one fixing screw was sheared off in the frame and another hole drilled in the wrong place. Phoned AWM and they sent me a touch up ( which had been opened and used ) and two screws .No apology, tried their complaints e- mail and it kept bouncing back, phoned again & was told a technician would contact me -----still waiting !! MY ADVICE DONT GO NEAR THEM !!
