I had the pleasure of working with Zoe at Cullen Jewellery while upgrading my engagement ring, and she was absolutely wonderful! I was a bit confused with all the options available, but Zoe was so patient and walked me through everything step by step. She never rushed me and made sure I understood all the details, especially the differences between Moissanite and lab-grown diamonds. Her explanations helped clear up my confusion completely. She also sent a detailed email summarising all our discussions, which made it so much easier for me to review. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and expertise.
