Quick service, improved (smaller, less environment-unfriendly) packaging.I've used these inks before. I found the refill process easy on my Canon Pixma colour printer, and the quality of printing as good as the original inks.

There DIY inks are not working with HP I tried HP 301 black but totally waste of time and money.

I would say their package (Good quality bottles and provided everything) is very good and fast delivery.

I wish it worked.

"Bad packaging and quality"

Arrived quickly (within the first class time scale) but arrived damaged as was badly packaged without a box. When I did print on the odd page I found without damaged edges, it had strange marks like water damage on the pages which didn’t turn up when I printed on my A4 paper which i ended up having to use instead.
