"Product okay but customer service non-existent. Might as well use Amazon!"

I have no problem with the item I received or the delivery, however Goinginkjet will be getting only two stars from me.

The reason for this low rating is that I chose Goinkjet based on their Trustpilot review and its own website that suggested it was a friendly helpful company with which I was hoping to build an ongoing commercial relationship. If I find a firm that provides good service, that firm generally gets my repeat custom. I only change when I require something different, or I find a company that provides a significantly better service. In this case I switched from my usual supplier only because my usual supplier does not get involved with refill kits (I've recently worked abroad for a firm that always uses refill inks and refillable cartridges and gets on very well with them and I wanted to do this at home too).

In this case, Goinkjet has supplied me with some inks to refill my printer cartridges and has had time to send at least two emails asking for my review but has not so much as replied to a technical question I had about whether in practice I would be able to avoid my printer shutting down a cartridge due to "low ink" levels. As I have not actually had my current printer all that long I do not have experience of its behaviour in these circumstances so I contacted the firm by email 'IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO CONTACT OUR HELPFUL TEAM!' twice without response, even when I sent to the correct email address (there is an obvious typo on the contact page, but the obviously correct email address is an address Goinkjet has itself used to contact me). 2 weeks later and no reply received!

I do not expect Goinkjet to solve all my problems, but if they don't know the answer, a good customer service would be expected to reply to that effect not just ignore a polite request for help.

Despite the fact that I was relatively pleased with the product itself, I shall not be using the firm again as I suspect that, had there been a problem with the product itself, I would be left high and dry.

What items were still available arrived quickly as did an e-mail detailing why another item wqs no longer available as well as detailing the efforts that had been made to source a supplier for this missing item.

"Incorrect pricing. Poor customer service"

Awful. When the order arrived I noticed there were a lot of photo paper packs missing. When questioned Andrew the admin stated the order was correct. I then copied the link over as proof until he then said that the price was wrong on the website. I asked for a refund and since then all communication was cut off. Terrible customer service. Did not receive a single apology for the mistake

Just used the black ink so far, works great, only issue ink required me to blow it through the cartridge with some air. Did leave overnight but still had not come through. But once it was through it worked very well.
