We received our order when you said it would arrive

This prescription drug was no longer required as the dog died on 23rd December 2024. I phoned Animed to cancel this order on 23rd as I had not received any update.
I spoke to an advisor who told me they cannot refund my money of £290 due to it being prescribed drug although this order had not left the depot and was still awaiting collection by the courier from Animed premises (so no contamination had occurred with the drugs). Shameful I'm a OAP and a lot of money to loose, due to policies. There should be exceptions made for such occasions when the drugs hadnt even left their depot. Disgraceful !!

Quite slow at sending out prescription medication for my horse had to wait over a week, have used other sotes where i have received the delivery within 2-3days. Also got an email about sending the prescription over when I had already uoaded it as part of the order which was confusing and unneeded
