It took us over 2 weeks after placing the order to get the ear drops delivered - despite on the website stating it was 2-3 days express delivery. After numerous phone calls to them, Animed blamed our vet for not completing the prescription properly - but it was the Animed vets claiming they weren’t sure what bottle ear drops they were, even though they only sold one specific type on their website. Incompetent on this occasion which left our dog waiting an extra 10 days with an ear infection.

Animed are great. They verify my prescriptions promptly and delivery is swift. Prices are competitive too.

This time however I place an order with a Prescription attached and paid for quick delivery and the Prescription details were ignored the the item delayed.
I submitted the same document again in order to get the order posted.
I did not get a response for days and no reason for the delay.
