I received an email requesting a prescription for my order several days after placing it with a prescription attached. I telephoned to confirm it was received and the phone wait time was about 25 minutes. i was then told that is was an automated email and that my prescription had been received with the order

This isn’t the first time they have failed to deliver, it’s the fourth time on the trot they haven’t delivered when they said they would we live on a bus route the roads are all clear the just haven’t tried.
