The service is excellent..fast delivery when I've run out of the dog food and detailed tracking and comms so I can plan. I have to pay extra for my post code but still the best deal on the internet

I ordered my dogs meds and food and some incompetent person didn’t put the door number so Royal Mail couldn’t deliver and advised it was going back to sender, so I called Animed the person I spoke to was so unhelpful I wanted it sending back out correctly as ide paid for it or a refund this advisor told me she would have to speak to a supervisor and put me on hold for about 10 mins then came back to me saying she would have to email a supervisor, I questioned this as she had told me she was going to speak to a supervisor then she told me she had just spoke to a colleague and she would email supervisor and I would get a call back when I asked when? Would I get a call her response was she didn’t know and no call and it’s been 4 days now I’ve had to pay more money to reorder!!!!

Used this company twice now to provide essential drugs for a cat with cancer. The first time was fairly mediocre and the most recent experience has been horrendous. Whole process took over 2.5 weeks from order to delivery. No response to emails for days and when they did respond, attitude was apathetic. No offer to upgrade delivery speed despite complaining that their lack of response meant my pet was running out of drugs at a time of year when vets shut down. Had to reorder drugs as a stop-gap from vet, meaning additional expense and rendering the whole idea of using Animed completely pointless. Appears embroiled in red tape and a significant lack of staff meaning unable to cope with demand. Nothing in their marketing bears any resemblance to actual experience.

Ultra-terrible. Will never use again.
