"Incorrect delivery address and failure to react "
Failed to note that follow-up prescription was for another address identified and then after apologising took 5 days to notify that capsules still not sent to correct address.
Spoke to five people who agreed to follow up order which was shown as in "processing" but all failed to resolve their error.
Our dog has cushings disease and was 7 says without the prescribed pills

I reviewed back in 2020 and have until recently found Animed fantastic. I don’t know what’s happened, whether they’ve got too big or taken their eye off the ball customer service wise but I’m finding the whole experience incredibly hard work. Cancelled orders at last minute, lack of stock, long waits on phone calls and fairly significant price rises means I’m back to buying from my vets. More expensive but a bit more foolproof and I’m supporting the local economy. On a plus, the staff are always very friendly.

Gave 1stsr as 0 isn’t possible. I have ordered a prescription medication several times from this company but for the last two orders Ive suffered a level of incompetence that is almost an art. Both times they seem incapable of checking emails to see whether a prescription has been received to process the order and do not check. They only notice when you the paying customer gets in touch to ask where their purchase has gone. The fact that they take a minimum of 2 days to answer a email doesn’t help with communicating their incompetence. After admitting, again, they’ve mismanaged my order they are now incapable sending it next day post without me inconveniencing myself yet again and calling them Monday first thing to sort some overly tiresome administrative task. One week after my order and still no idea on when I will receive it and the need to call them at 8am to sort it out. In the meantime my dog has run out of her medication. I will not order from them again.
