Terrible customer service. Have been using this company for over 15 years. Because there was paracetamol on the prescription which I’m buying locally they wouldn’t process the order for the rest of the items. I’ve had to order another prescription from my vet without the paracetamol so I can buy from a different company. Will never use them again. They have lost a valued customer. Avoid at all costs.

Animed had everything I was looking for (mainly Royal Canin dry cat food but also cat toothpaste!) and at an excellent price. Service was fantastic with delivery in just a couple of days.
I’ll stick with Animed from now on.
