Let me begin by saying this was my first time to order from Personalized Paper Manufacturing Group. And like most people, I was somewhat concerned about ordering online from someone I don't know much about. I gave them 5 stars because of the following:
1. "Made in the USA" was definitely a great selling point for me!
2. I had several questions about how to design/edit forms. When I called I immediately reached a customer service representative. She was friendly, professional and took time to walk me thru the entire process. Also, she spoke well and was easy to understand!
3. My invoice books were delivered in the time frame promised.
4. The quality of the padded books and the paper is great. I am very pleased! I will definitely be using them for future printing needs.
