"How MES changes your perspective about maths, preparing you for success."

Joined into MES Maths course misunderstanding maths and overall getting minimal marks in my mocks however come January and i’ve consistently been getting 80% + in my homework and am getting towards 60-70 marks across my mock exams for maths, Neil teaches maths in a way that makes it interesting and makes you ask more questions whilst also having a lot of fun and genuinely getting to know each other on a l more wholesome level, something you can’t find anywhere else but MES for me.

I'm 18 and in yr 13 biology in myedspace, i highly recommend this platform for hard exam years like yr 13 as the content gets extremely hard to understand when going through once in school. Going through it with Laura (aqa) is great she makes the lessons easy to understand, the booklets are clearly laid out and she answers questions well. I would also recommend this course if your teachers at school aren't very good at teaching or if you are retaking a course maturely as the lessons set out exam questions which come up frequently. I would like a platform like an app maybe where students / teachers can ask each other questions (more interactive). I wish i had done chemistry as well! though both courses were too expensive.

Also the summer courses that they do in august are a good insight into what to expect in the course - i found Laura's teaching useful then and still do now. During my time here i have gone up a grade in biology and have another mock coming up which i hope to go up another!

I joint Ed space on December doing biology and chemistry A levels so this has shown me how I can exam questions correctly and how to get the top grades. The teacher's I have are Laura Miss for A level Biology and Davinder Sir for A level Chemistry they help understand concept in an interesting way and answer exam question based on what the question means and if we write this answer how much would we get.
