"way over priced"

The crab cakes were good, not great. However when broken down after shipping 4 crab cakes cost over $90.00 which is crazy. They were not $90.00 good. I was given a gift certificate otherwise I would never order from here.

I purchased 2 Wagyu Ribeyes direct from the site with a credit card and the process was incredibly fast!

Shipment was quick and they arrived well packaged and frozen solid.

They did not look as well marbled as advertised, but tasted lovely. I've had Wagyu before, and while this was not my best ever, it was a good representation. In closing, if you have the cash, try these guys out, you'll know what you've been missing.

"Disappointed in the quality"

This was the first time we had ordered from Chicago Steak Company. We were disappointed in the quality of the products we received. The hamburger patties texture and taste were similar to an off-brand patty you would buy at a convenience store. They do not compare with other hamburger patties we have purchased from another company located in Omaha. The steak was just ok, absolutely nothing to write home about. We will not be placing future orders with this company. Remember, this is just my opinion, some individuals may love their products, just not me.

"Surf and Turf Birthday Surprise"

Ordered the Surf and Turf as a birthday gift. The package allowed for a free gift for me - a dozen burgers and steak seasoning. While completing the order form a field for two addresses was offered - one for the surf and turf and one for the freebie to me. However, both packages were sent to one address. When I contacted customer service it was explained to me that they do not allow two addresses (even though their ordering process asked for two addresses). They did however offer to send me the burgers and seasoning as an apology for the inconvenience.
