"Unable to lock front door since fitted"

Unable to lock front door since fitted. Automated phone system is very poor. Only managed to speak to someone when asking for a quote. Call back still awaited. Specific requirement on bay windows agreed with salesman's surveyor. Installer not aware of this and so now unable to have the option of a curtain pole. Not impressed

I had to wait a while for my new door but I was kept informed and received apologies. I’ve put that down to the difficult times we have at the moment. The guy who fitted the door introduced himself as Lambi and kept me informed during door fitting. When the job was finished he carefully explained how to lock and unlock it. He wore a face mask for which I was pleased.

Windows themselves are nice. Lots of delays. Acoustic glass is not as good as it suggests.

The fitters were, clean, courteous and COVID conscious.

Our experience with Britelite has been a pleasure from the first contact with the sales team, the product is exactly as described, in fact better and perfectly fitted by an expert who went the full nine yards to make sure we were happy with the result. "Misleading and incompetent, don't waste your time"

We received a quote for our windows back in the summer, communications were initially good hence 2 stars.

However 3 weeks passed from paying deposit and signing contract and we had heard nothing about an installation date, upon chasing it up we were told that the work would cost at least £2000 more than we agreed to (!!!) We have cancelled and are hoping that we will receive a full refund as we have now paid over £1200 for nothing. We are massively disappointed with the poor service and waste of our time and would recommend others to steer well clear of this company.
