"Great product but overall highly dissatisfied with the buying experience"
Bought neatcleats and helmet hanger directly in their site. Delivery to Spain.
Pros:
1) Neatcleats are actually amazing. Smart and neat way to store shoes. I’m very satisfied with how my bike are displays now.
Cons: (where to start..)
1) overall process is TERRIBLE. Thus the two stars. No confirmation email of the delivery until I inquired.
2) products arrived unexpectedly and the postman asked to pay 25€ extra for customs. While I’m their website they clearly mention that orders under 150€ would incur in no extra taxes. After contacting them they responded they’d pay back this. 10 days later I still haven’t heard from them.
3) overall prices are TOO HIGH. Especially for the cheap plastic hangers. Neat Cleats are just simple product too but higher quality. Nevertheless they better optimize their manufacturing costs to bring prices dramatically down as otherwise competition will soon pop up and eat their market.

your delivery company (PDP) gave me the wrong delivery number.
I've been trying to reach them for more than 10 days to get a new number of delivery - until now I didn't got any answer.
the item is now "Held for Customs Clearance - Awaiting Duty and Tax Payment from Customer", but I have no way to find the item and pay for it

"Never shipped items, lackluster communication"
Ordered three items on 15 Nov 2022. I was contacted the next day that one item wasn’t in stock and would be about 4 weeks to fulfill. That was Ok with me. But, as the new year came and went, I contacted Alistair again. He apologized and promised that they would ship in the coming week (it was 7 January 2023 at this point).
No communication at all, so I reached out on 24 January 2023 to ask about the status and requested a refund if my purchases hadn’t shipped. No reply from Alistair or anyone else from neatcleats. Contacted a final time on 5 February 2023 to request a refund. No reply after 24 hours, so I had to request a refund from my credit card bank.
Dealing with neatcleats has been a total waste of time.

"Almost no confirmation that my order…"
Almost no confirmation that my order shipped until I asked, no updates in the order confirmation page. Took a decent amount of time to ship, but that is forgivable since I am in the usa, but still.
