I got a low estimate and when I told them no then they gave me a new estimate but I feel it could have been better.
Unfortunately I had to take the second estimate because I had to have the money.

I mailed in my three rings, I received emails saying they received my jewelry, then emails saying I will receive an offer by end of day, then emails saying they didn't receive it, then emails saying i will receive an offer by end of the next day. Just back and forth with confusion emails with no offer. I rejected the "not sent offer " and got my rings back. Do not mail anything to Diamonds USA. This is real and not a fake review, I got the emails to prove it from cash for diamonds usa.
