Instructions were very easy to follow, receiving of my ring was super quick. I did have to call to inquire about why I haven't heard what the appraisal amount came in as and they told me they didn't want me to feel like they wanted to insult me with their offer with the amount I had stated I hoped I would get. I said I understood when we buy rings they are price marked very high and the amount I was getting was better than nothing.
