after they reviewed my case they advised I have a big chance of getting my CCJ removed , because it needs a lot of work they charged me three times they usual charges , then they passed it to a senior person in the company whom opinion that my case had no merits and no point of carrying on with the case , they are refusing to refund my money despite charging much more than the standard charges because of the complexity of my case , now they are not even answering my emails

They said it would take around 4 months but it only took around 2.5 months altogether, it was a really smooth process and I’m so happy that it has been removed, thank you so much!
