I ordered a bespoke hand-painted mirror over the phone. The person I dealt with was very polite and helpful. The mirror arrived a couple of weeks later and was very well packaged to avoid damage. It came with hangers. It is now hanging in our lounge and it looks lovely. My wife and I are extremely pleased with it and the whole experience. Well done.

Having bought from Mirrorworld previously I was delighted to find the experience was a good as ever, with a superb website and huge choice of custom-made mirrors to choose from.
There was also excellent information on the best way to hang the mirror and delivery was prompt and as promised.
Quality of the mirror and frame was excellent.
The only negative I found was the quality of the hooks and hangers was not as good as the brass ones I had bought with previous orders and I would gladly have paid more for that quality.

I’m absolutely delighted with my bespoke, black framed mirror. I needed to find a mirror to fit between two lights in the bathroom, but it was an odd size. Thank heavens for Mirrorworld! The mirror arrived safely packaged and promptly. The bevelled mirror is a lovely touch. Extremely happy with my purchase. I will definitely use Mirrorworld again.
