Emails sent to me to let me know the state of the order and parcel arrived within 5 days even though the order was placed over the Christmas period. "Meh not great"

My order was "lost" but they were quick to sort it out once I noted they had asked for a review on a product I had not received. But it duly arrived. It's a great supportive bra BUT the inside stitching on the shoulder straps is agonising and rubs your skin raw. Next time I will try taping under the straps.

la taille commandée sur le site français ne correspond pas à la taille reçue. Il faudrait préciser les équivalences. J'ai sélectionné et commandé un soutien gorge en 85e (nulle part, il était précisé qu'il s'agissait d'une taille européenne), j'ai reçu un 100e! Immettable!
Je suis déçue.
