I planned a trip to Breckenridge Ski Resort and used Tours de Sport. Alyssa from Tours de Sport helped me with my reservations and was very nice. I had to make a few changes and she gladly helped me out and addressed my concerns. I would definitely use Tours de Sport again for my next snowboarding trip.

"Skiing the big 3"

First of all, I'd thought Pete Kondak did a excellent job on providing me with what I need for my recent vacation. I think there is a misconception on skiing the big3, to me it was all right considering I have skied in Whistler. all the 3 takes some kind of shuttle in order to get to and more importantly was my equipment. I almost die on the mountain due to improper boots and not so high performance skis. I would have love to pay the price difference in order to enjoy my trip. I think perhaps the skis shop ought to really some newer high performance skis. I understand that we are not living in a perfect world. I think overall I was quite satisified about my trip although I would opt to take a direct flight and less time waiting for shuttle for my next skiing vacation.

"Ski & condo booking for Mount Ste. Anne, QB"

On the line reservations and bookings were very easy with this company. The agents were very friendly and they responded quickly when we made changes for our reservations: request for larger condo & extended stay by 1 night. Payment was easy, however I did not realize at the time of booking I was charged in US dollars, so conversion rate to Canadian $ increased the cost for the vacation. We arrived late with no problem for checking in as they had left directions and keys for us. We requested to move condos after 1 night due to unsatisfactory sleeping conditions-the beds were very hard. This request was quickly accommodated and options provided for us to move to another condo. Suggestions frrom an agent to visit the nordique spa in the area were much appreciated and enjoyed! Overall, very good experience.

"Excellent group as always"

This is the 3rd year I have used Tours de Sport. Have had no problems letting them handle all the plans for a winter ski trip. Everything is always waiting on me when I arrive at the hotel or condo. Great group.

The whole trip was great and affordable. The only issue I ran into is we didn't get the rooms we wanted due to an over booking. All was good though

Got 14 inches of snow on night one & it was perfectly groomed conditions after that.

"Avoid them!"

Although they present themselves as a discount travel agent, the package they provided was actually more expensive that what I could get online on my own. Prices had dropped since the checked and they did not offer me the cheaper rates. And I had to pay their booking fee in addition to higher rates. Also, the cancellation terms they offered were more restrictive than I could obtain on my own through hotels.com or bookings.com. I have no idea how they stay in business.

Working with Michael Boike was great. He listened to our needs and came up with a couple different options. There was not one glitch in the whole trip. From the air travel, airport shuttle, accommodations, Ski Butlers, Lift tickets, and back to the airport was flawless. The companies they work with are seasoned professionals. Been skiing for 45 years and Iam a business owner.

Pete was great. Responsive, accurate, and informative. He guided us well and our experience was great. Not flawless, but great. Budget over charged us, but when I called Pete during our stay he got on it right away and took care of. We didn't skip a beat. When we went to get our lift tickets for 4 people, they did not have on record we prepaid. Something happened in the computer system and it was lucky that we had our phone with an email showing we paid and they gave them to us. There was a communications disconnect between Tours de Sport and Jackson Hole for some reason regarding our tickets prepaid and our names in the computer. Otherwise it was such a great experience.
