"meh misleading"

I liked having everything done for me however the transport left my son and I at the condo without bringing us or knowing that there was a main office. We were left at the entrance of this hotel under the resturant awning. The door was locked and was a key code. The driver insisted we were in the correct place (Copperbottom Inn) as if he had been there 100 times, however without the keys we were stuck. Had to search for papers in the cold to find out I had to walk up the street leaving my son with the bags as I went to the "Front Desk" He did the same to a lady that was in the van but she got out and insisted where she needed to go. The drivers need to have a clue about addresses and key pickup ahead of time. Also the condo had no resturant maybe it shouldnt be advertised as such when the resturant was closed down since the Olympics. Had to walk every night to eat.

Mike and Tours de Sport set all our minds at ease and enabled us all to enjoy our family and our son's first skiing experience. The accommodations more than exceeded our expectations and the resort was truly the best for every age levels needs. We are already thinking of a longer stay for next year!

We usually put together our own travel arrangements for skiing, since we do it so often, but this time came across Tours de Sport when inquiring about slope side lodging at Winter Park. We already had our air travel booked, so they took a shot at pricing everything else for us: Auto rental, Ski Rentals, Lodging, Lift Tickets. The price they came up with was really good. I think we ended up with slope side accommodations for the same price or less than we would have booked for off-site space. And everything went as advertised. The vehicle was an AWD SUV ( a lot of times you get there and your booked into a car and the rental company tries to upsell you to an SUV. Not this time. The accommodations were as advertised. They recommended we take space a short walk from the lifts in order to stay in renovated rooms, but we opted for the slope side. Our only criticism of the room - needs to be updated! But it was big enough, with a view and - important to us - ski in/out. The only thing we upgraded was the ski rentals for one of my kids who's pretty expert and to add helmets to the rentals.
The agent was responsive to questions and customizing our package throughout the process. After we booked and paid, they still were accessible and responsive to questions.
I've already recommended Tours de Sports to friends looking to book similar packages,
