"Mark with Eternate saved my wedding..."

I reached out to Eternate late on a Friday night before Easter weekend, I was panicking as rings I ordered from another company had arrived and they were horrible, the 14k white gold didn’t match my engagement ring, they were light and flimsy.. I had a planned elopement the next weekend.
I found two perfect rings on Eternate’s website and wanted to order them but had to make sure I would get them in time. Mark responded to my desperate message within twenty mins! We talked back and forth, on Easter I placed my order and he was able to get my husband’s band to us by Tuesday!!!! International shipping from Turkey to Florida! He also engraved it! Because my half eternity band would take a week to make he sent me dummy rings to use for our ceremony that matched my husband’s band.
Mark’s customer service deserves a million stars!! He is phenomenal and a huge asset!

A week later I received my wedding band and wow!!!!!! It was worth the wait, Mark even had it engraved to match my husband’s.
