The first ring that we received was missing a stone, I quickly contacted Eternate's customer service and they promptly issued a return shipping label. Within a week they had my new ring shipped back to me! It looks great and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

It was a risk to try a new company for my husbands wedding band but I’m glad I did. Eternate had the best prices and I liked the look of the rings. I was really blown away when it came so quickly and the craftsmanship looked so nice. We had a sizing issue but I could exchange for only a $40 fee (due to engraving costs) unlike other companies. The customer service was fast polite and accommodating. Definitely would use again

"No Communication or Quality control"
I recently purchased a ring from this company and had a very frustrating experience. I placed my order on January 3rd, expecting it to be shipped within the 3-5 day timeframe as advertised. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, and there was no proactive communication from the company regarding the delay. I had to reach out myself to inquire about the status, only to be told that the item was being held to address a defect.
After waiting an extended amount of time, I finally received the ring, only to find that it still had a defect. A stone was loose inside the ring box, which is completely unacceptable for a product of this price. At this point, I had no confidence in the company's ability to provide a quality product or service, and I decided to return the ring for a full refund.
It’s clear that customer service and quality control are not priorities for this business. I would not trust them to fulfill an order again and would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking a reliable, professional company.

"I have had the worst experience"
I have had the worst experience. My fiance proposed on new years and the ring was too big. We reluctantly sent it back on the 2nd bc new years is a holiday. It was one day outside of its exchange policy so we paid another $178 to have it resized. It wasn’t resized. They sent a new one. That is still too big. It looks nothing like the original or even the pictures given of it. They are unwilling to resize or exchange it. This company is literally just robbing people of their money and perfect engagement. It’s unfortunate and I hope everyone thinks twice. The only reason they got 2 stars is bc the original ring was pretty.
