"Too Thin "

The experience was fine. The bracelet chain is WAY to thin for me to feel comfortable that it will last very long.

"Return Process was easy"

I ordered a ring, but soon after I got it in the mail, a stone fell out. The return process was easy and the customer service team was very response with all of my questions. I decided on a different style of ring and a different size and the team was accommodating with my request. I am very happy with my current ring and I would still consider ordering from this company in the future.

I am very unhappy with this purchase. Looks are very deceiving. It is extremely small and looks cheap!

"Better experience than I expected"

I chose to order from Eternate and not elsewhere because they had as close to the leaf style ring that I wanted. I chose 5 stars even though there's improvements I'd like to see, because they are minor and also Eternate actually asks. I received an email after I received my order that asked for feedback and asked if I had any questions. I was a little taken aback that they follow up with the orders even the not so expensive orders. Some of their rings are highend priced, I ordered on what I'd consider quite low in the jewelry world. Yet, I was being treated like a valued customer. That's really cool.

I informed them that the printout could use a little more instruction as I don't know my size, nor really wear jewelry, so even with some direction, I still wasn't confident I ordered the right size. The reply back felt personalized. Seemed like someone read my email and took time to reply to my points. Again, really cool!

I think if I wasn't as close to my actually size as I got myself with the PDF, I imagine maybe the return would go well. I read reviews that it wasn't like that for others, I cant speak to that part as I dont plan to return or get a different size.

The quality is great, however I don't buy jewelry so I can't compared the quality. However the packaging was great! A box inside a box. It shiped from overseas to the USA and was in great condition.

The projected shipping was accurate which I didn't expect once I saw where the ring was coming from. It made it here on time!

"Beautiful, but frustrated "

The necklace is beautiful, however, it arrived in a bunch of knots! Took me about 20 minutes to untangle it, but after I got it undone, it’s very pretty.

"Bought an engagement and wedding ring…engagement ring broke 1 month of wearing…."

Bought an engagement and wedding ring from this company. Proposed to my fiance in October 2024. Had ring resized due to being just slightly too big (they allowed resizing but there is a charge). Got married 2 days ago and two of the prongs holding the moisonite diamond broke off and the diamond is no longer secure. Keep in mind this ring has been worn for at most 1 MONTH.

Reached out to company and there is nothing they are willing to do. This is a QC issue as my (now) wife has been very careful with handling after receiving the ring she loves very much.

Diamond is nice but the set is not durable at all.

"Product is good but the condition it…"

Product is good but the condition it came in is unacceptable. The chain came a big tangled mess. It’s all gold and the links are tiny so it’s not fun to untangle. About an hour in to unraveling it..

Everywhere I go I get compliments on my beautiful ring. This was a replacement wedding band as my old one was stolen. We’re coming up on 21 years married. This ring was definitely an upgrade for me. Just lovely.
