I wish I could give a 0 stars. Poor customer service that does not honor the quality of a product. Bought for my wedding day and by end of the evening the ring is full of scratches.

These people are scam artists and disgusting individuals. I placed an order a month in advance for Christmas and they didn’t even bother working on it until I told them to 16 days later because 12 days after the order was placed I checked to see the delivery status and they said it’s be shipped out two days ago and when I sent another email that day about it not being shipped out they they said it wasn’t even in production. As of today, 18 days after the order was placed, they canceled without my consent and are now telling me too bad and refuse to finish my order. Their phone number doesn’t even work and nobody answers probably because this whole company is a scam. Any good reviews must be paid for or made by employees. I’m not one to write reviews but I feel that it is important to let you guys know that this company is disgusting with the most unprofessional and lazy workers you will ever come in contact with. Spend your money elsewhere.

"Ring snapped in half in less than 6 months"

I should have looked at these reviews before purchasing... I got my mom a birthstone ring for Mothers Day. I purchased the ring in May of 2024 and it has already snapped in half. I reached out to the company to see if they would rectify the situation. Short answer, they did not and wanted to charge me $30 shipping and $50 repair fee for a ring purchased less than 6 months ago.

"Poor customer service"

Poor customer service! The site claims complimentary returns on the purchase page but that's not accurate. They charged us a percentage of the purchase price and shipping because we removed a string to accurately try it on. There was no way for us to know by removing that it would void the complimentary return. When I tried to call them, it goes to voicemail every time. We never heard back. Unless you're absolutely certain, I wouldn't buy from them.
