DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !! Terrible quality. I bought 3 rings for Christmas presents. 1 was completely bent out of shape on arrival and after a couple of weeks wear the other 2 rings have lost 4 stones !

I have received a full refund from the duplicate but must also stress the product is beautiful. The quality is perfect and the sentiment exactly as advertised.

"Do not use this company "

My mum passed away end of December 2023, I wanted a ring to put some of her ashes in and came across hope rings. I was made up with the ring it was stunning and had lots of comments. Unfortunately the ring snapped in October so I contacted them via e mail and sent pictures. I was told they would replace the ring for me at no extra charge. I asked how long it would take they said 5 days to make then up to 10 days to deliver.

After numerous e mails and having Stephanie say the same thing in the replies it is now January and have not received the replacement ring! I have literally told them how heart broken I am and that as a company making goods for the loss of loved ones they are a sham! I am disgusted in their customer service, they are automated messages, I think I’ve had the odd one that may be human who knows! Saying I need to check the logistics department, ok that’s fine, then Stephanie will say the same thing again that my order is ready to be shipped in the next order with all other replacements, as we don’t want to send all at once around Christmas time!!! It is January, a human hasn’t contacted me DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY they clearly are playing on vulnerable people after losing a loved one how dare they!

Come to find out, I had gathered it up with other gifts and sent it to another relative, who, by the way, absolutely loved it! Meanwhile, the company had even offered to replace the ring. They could not have done more for me, and all the time the mistake was mine, not theirs. So, I happily bought another one for my granddaughter!
