We bought porcelain floor tiles (Drift, Blue) and ceramic wall tiles (Santorini, Blue) from Tileflair, and everything about this experience was good. Service, after-sales, support, and staff were first class. We had a problem with some Santorini tiles, but this was resolved with no fuss, and no delay. We are very happy with the results too; we have a wonderful new kitchen, and a beautiful new living space. Hats off to Tileflair at Cribbs Causeway; thank you.

Great selection of tiles in the Gloucester branch but bought the wrong ones and not really suitable for my bathroom. The manager and staff were really accommodating and helpful and let me return and swop for a different range. Brilliant service, really knowledgeable and can't fault. Would really recommend!

This is the second time we've used Tileflair for our tiles. We were initially recommended them by our bathroom fitter and we've been really impressed with the quality and designs of the tiles on offer. You can really notice the difference in quality of the tiles on the walls and floors and, in my opinion, it's the tiles that give the rooms the wow factor. The showroom in Hedge End that we visited is immaculate (and felt very COVID-safe before lockdown). The staff are ever so friendly and helpful, offering great advice when picking the tiles, for example, smaller tiles for a smaller room. They also weren't at all bothered when we were a pain and changed our tile choices! Delivery was very prompt and good value. In short, I couldn't recommend recommend Tileflair highly enough and wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
