Very helpful staff at Reading branch. Needed wall tiles for bathroom, calculated exactly how many we needed, which matched our builders calculations. Would use again.

Beautiful tiles. We’ve just had them fitted. Customer service have been informative when there’s been delays due to the lockdown. Overall very dedicated staff, and excellent tiles!

I only dealt with Tileflair via email, but I have to say that their service was helpful and personal, and I always felt that they were going above and beyond.
Ashley was really helpful with both of my deliveries, and did everything he could to ensure my tiles arrived before Christmas (which they did - thank you!!).
Would highly recommend. Oh, and the tiles I purchased are beautiful.
