"Great after sales service!"

Great after sales service.. even years after buying my machine. When my juki died on me, I emailed Charlie with an explanation of my problem. The next day my replacement part was posted from the UK to Luxembourg. When the part arrived Charlie called and explained how to reprogram my machine. My machine is now up and running with only a few days delay for my business. Will recommend all day long!

"They took my order and money"

They took my order and money. Put the items on pending way past the point where Paypal can or will do anything. Paypal has a time limit. After that you cannot contact them on a transaction. Then Tysew claimed computer problems which dragged it out further. Then they created a Paypal transaction claiming they just canceled the order but no money came back to me. Very poor communication. Glad I only lost $20.

What a great experience at Tysew Machine. I rang up and spoke to a lovely chap named Alex who supported me through finding a perfect sewing machine. I ordered it one day and the next day it arrived ready for me to see away. Overall, Tysew is a lovely, well managed family business. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service from this company. Can’t recommend them enough. There aren’t many companies that go above and beyond to fix an old machine for a few quid instead of writing it off and telling you that you need to spend hundreds, maybe thousands, of pounds on a new machine!!

When my 15 year old Janome overlocker stopped working, I was devastated. It had been a good machine to me, and I wasn’t sure I wanted a newer version. I’d bought it from a seller in one of my magazine’s at the time, and wasn’t sure if they even existed anymore. Then I remember the local company that I’d gone to for training in how to use it all those years ago. They’d been really helpful at the time, so I thought I’d check if they were still around and if they would be prepared to help me. I didn’t really expect much joy though. I was in luck, so I called and spoke to them to see whether they would be able to help me or if the machine would be a lost cause. They did warn me that they might not be able to get the parts / be able to fix it due to its age, but if I got the machine to them they would take a look and see if it was worth saving. I handed the machine over, not really expecting to see it again and expecting a hard sell ‘but we can sell you this replacement for xxx’ from them. But that did not happen. Not only did they manage to fix my machine and get it working again, they also kept me informed of their progress all the way through.

So impressed with the service & professionalism provided by the folks at Tysew!! They really seem to care about their customers.
