Wow. Amazing customer service and great product range. I went into the store to test out and look at a few different industrial sewing machines and all the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable.
I picked the two machines I wanted, and Charlie managed to arrange next day delivery for me even though I live a good few hours from their store.
The machines arrived fully assembled and with everything I need to get going.
Would 100% reccommend Tysew, overall a great experience dealing with them. Ben.

called Tysew and spoke with Charlie about purchasing an industrial sewing machine. I asked for an advise for the most suitable.Charlie was so helpful.He explained everything to me clearly and concisely. I received my new machine yesterday.Struggled a bit with the threading but Charlie helped me with an online manual which was very helpful.

I called Tysew on Friday 31st March to report a problem with a used industrial machine i had recently purchased and spoke to Charlie who progressed the report for me. I decided to change the machine for a new domestic machine and this morning, 4th April, the industrial machine was collected, palletised and wrapped, and within an hour my new machine was delivered by DPD. I am thrilled with the service I have received in just four days and would not hesitate to recommend Tysew, and having used them for many years to purchase accessories for my Bernina 1008, I shall continue to do so with confidence.

Despite emailing and raising a dispute with Paypal. TYSEW have not had the courtesy toreply to my query about a missing order placed on 11 November 2016. I am waiting for this part in order to continue a sewing project and have no hope of any resolution until at least 12 December 2016 according to Paypal.
TYSEW site is cheap and now I know why!
