My daughter decided to give my wife and I a Umrah package as an anniversary present and she decide to go with Mina tours after checking their reviews on the internet. As I am old fashioned I was a little apprehensive with dealing with a company that wasn’t local to where I live, however brother Faizan was the gentleman that was allocated to facilitate the arrangements.
It was our first umrah for us and then my mom decided to accompany us so it was quite worrying not knowing what kind of support we will receive whist over there but it gives me great pleasure to now say that Mina tours done us proud, the constant contact with brother Faizan (24 hour if needed) and the Mina tours representative in Makkah/Medina (brother Sabir), this brother was so helpful, supportive, reassuring and constantly made sure that we didn’t encounter any problems.. he arranged our transport, logistics etc.. and his people where respectful and accommodating. I would like to say massive thank you to Mina tours especially brother Faizan and brother Sabir in Mecca/Medina.. May Allah (swt) bless you and reward you in all you do. I highly recommend Mina tours, they went above and beyond in their service.

"Scam company not to be trusted with your hard earned money"

I have been waiting for the company to send me over my ticket for 11 days. I call them numerous times a day and every day the have a different story. This company is a scam and I have already complained to Watchdog and the Financial Conduct Authority. You should be very ashamed of the poor customer services and fake excuses.
This company has caused me untold stress and anxiety. They have left me waiting without remorse or apology.
After the initial review was posted I got 2 phone calls from the manager insisting I change my review.it was more bullying..as he insisted that he recieve the 5 stars. I am visually impaired ., My wheelchair assistance was not ordered as instructed, my flight dates changed 3 times and my tickets 3 weeks late. Yet he is insistent on a 5 star review. I am aware that this isn't normal practice and has to be reported

Just want to say a huge thank you to Minatours and Brother Mohammed Danish for an amazing Umrah experience. I decided to call Minatours after an online search and I have to say they were amazing from the initial phone call. I had many requests and changes and they catered for it all without any problems and the price was really good too, compared to other quotes I got. The transport was one of my biggest fears as I was worried it would not be there or we might not have enough space due to our large group but Alhumdulillah it was perfect. They Hotel in Makkah was amazing but Medina could have been better and finally their representative in Saudi was very good in arranging the Ziarat. All in it was a very good experience thanks to Minatours I will definitely be calling them again for future trips.

We arranged Umrah tour through Madiha from Mina Tours in April 2019 who was excellent in arranging all the formalities, from the flights, hotels and transport. Madiha was able to take our needs and customised requirements and give us a custom package with stopover in Cairo as we also wanted to see the Pyramids before going for Umrah. Madiha kept us informed on every step of the way and issued the Flights, Hotels and Transport voucher in good time. Visa process was very straightforward and again completed in good time.

I will be referring Madiha to my friends and family and will not hesitate to user Madiha at Mina Tours in the future.
