Hi I have received a very good polite and friendly service. I specially wanted to appreciate Hashim Ali. His dealing with us was remarkable. He was ready to listen my requirements. He was considerate towards our limitation physical and financial. His approach towards customer satisfaction was examplary. He was trying his best to find the best package to fulfill our requirements at very competitive rates while doing this he was also managing expectations that we do realise that with financial limitations package limitations will be there but in such a nice way that you don’t feel embarrassed. I will definitely give him 5 star rating and will recommend to friends and family.

I had been to different travel agencies for my Omera package but service level I had been given by Faizan ayub (Mina travels) was exceptional. My Omera Visa notice was very short every other travel agency was asking about 2 weeks time to arrange visa but Mr Faizan arranged my visa with in 4 days time. All I can say this could not be possible with out his efforts of arranging Omera visa in very short time. 10/10 on everything. The package price given by him was unmatchable and best in the market. This is my first time using Mina Tours, I am very happy with the service I received from Muhammed Danish (consultant). He made the experience comfortable.Good communication during this process.

He helped us with our Umrah visas and Flights, and hotel accommodation. Hotel in Madina was very close to Haram with only a 2 minute walk distance. The room decor was bit outdated but who look for these when intention is prayers.

We do have a problem in Mecca when hotel management informed that they don't have our reservations. I contacted Muhammad Danish and he sorted out this matter and save the day for us.

Definitely I recommend Mina Tours after the experience I had & will be using them once again thanks to Muhammed Danish.

My experience with Mina tours was excellent. Madiah Amish arranged my Umrah visa very professionally. I always research the market well, and thats what i did this time. Mina offered the best pricing at the same time Madiah provided me the best quality of customer service. She kept me updated throughout the visa process. I am sure i will use Mina tour service again. Madiah is an excellent worker and i think she should be promoted.

"THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!"

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
This company ripped off my husband and I when we were travelling for Umrah. After paying our deposit they asked for and additional £100 because THEY made a mistake booking the wrong number of nights in the hotels, they then said that the visa prices had been increased by Saudi and we had to pay another £50. After three months of torturous phone calls, we agreed to pay £50 additional for visas. When we went to collect our visas with the Agency that Mina Tours uses - we were informed that no prices were ever increased. When we called Mina Tours to ask why they lied, they threatened us and told us we were lying and they never said that Saudi increased prices. They said that Allah was watching and we are doing wrong when we are going to Makkah for Umrah. Riddled with guilt we kept quiet, and left for Umrah. We had a connecting flight which took us over 24hrs from UK which is fine but MinaTours did not book any Halal/vegetarian food in the planes for us so we were starving when we arrived in Makkah.When we arrived at our hotel in Makkah at 5am, we were told that our hotel room was not paid for and we needed to pay hundreds of pounds...we had to stand and wait for over an hour to wait to sort out the situation before making our way completely knackered to Haram for our Umrah. Absolutely gutted at how unprofessional and badly this company operates. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY PEOPLE THEY KNOW AND BAD REVIEWS ARE BEING DELETED.
