"Took money but no tickets"

Tried to buy tickets and the website threw an error at payment but still took money from my credit card, three times!

Called up and they said, oh you can't use an international credit card even though you can enter your country in the billing address; the charges will drop off. Five business days later (so far) and I'm still waiting. Why were the charges put through at all?

Currently, can't even log in as code is not being sent.

They answered the phone and gave good support. I needed a refund due to trying to use my tickets on a holiday when I purchased for a weekday. They came through and followed up quickly.
It was easy to use their service. I don't think they knew the tickets were going to be blocked by the event which is on the event holder. Tripster got me in there with good advertising so I would have liked the Ober Mountain people to have been more courteous to them for bringing them customers.

I did like using Tripster. I purchased 5 tickets to the Georgia aquarium through them which ended up being almost $100 less than buying them on the aquarium site. The only reason i removed a star is because i bought them the night before and they sent me no confirmation and no tickets. I was panicking that it was a scam site. I sent a million messages. The next day, still nothing. I was driving to the aquarium without any tickets in hand because Tripster was not open yet. Finally i got a text from them and they were able to send my confirmation that included the tickets as i walked into the aquarium panicking. Alls well that ends well however it would be nice to have tickets confirmed soon after you have purchased.

I was sold 7 tickets to use with family at Ober Mountain Gatlingburg TN from Dec 31,2025 and after. When we went to use them the Ober attraction personal show me a memo saying that they had blocked days for third party vendors from Dec 22, 2024 and I can use them after Jan 5,2025. My vacation fly tickets from Dec 302024 to Jan 5,2015. I spend more than $200 that I couldn’t use. Hope the company reimburses me the amount.

This was truly the best tourist experience I’ve had in many years. Very organized. It was Friendly yet precise The entire check-in and launch process. I absolutely love that they kept the numbers at a reasonable amount per hour. I wish silver dollar city would take a page from their book. Ugh! As a result, my family had an stress-free fun filled hour of tubing. Thank you!

I went to purchase tickets and it said congratulations I bought them. You charged my card. But, it also said there was a message that said no worries but having problems sending you the tickets. I called today and now they said the tickets were sold out. Why on earth would you said congratulations and charge my account and later say it's sold out. Now I have zero opportunities to look elsewhere for other tickets. Thanks very much for ruining this opportunity for us. Unless you can come up with some tickets for Saturday I can't take my wife to see the Gilmore girls set. You should have just said you had no tickets.
