Great customer service. I had some difficulties with not trpstwr directly but Cirque du Soleil. Trpster definitely stayed on top of it. We came closer to deadline, but I got a full refund and they made exceptions for me throughout the process. Everything was great and honesty, its a customer service team that you can rely on and they will go over and beyond to help get what you need so I definitely think if you wanna book with trpster you should be certain of the date and ensure that date meets your time and they give you great pricing as well happy with their service.
