"Not happy"

Very bad experience with this company I placed an order over a week ago they charged my debit card. I didn’t even get an email to say I placed an order I had to call-in after four days and ask them where my order was the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude to me I told him I placed an order a week ago where are my goods he said there are on back order would you like me to cancel your order. I asked him why would you ask me if I want to cancel my order he said well they’re on backorder you have to wait when I asked him for his name he told me he was the manager. I spoke to Curtis yesterday and Curtis was very friendly and told me that Speakers will be here hopefully this week. From a reputable company like car audio centre I didn’t expect this type of service. However the first order I placed came through smoothly so on the basis of communication I’ll be given 2 stars to this company

"Ordered from these guys twice"

Ordered from these guys twice, both times had quick delivery, however both times I've had issues. First time the sub for changed out for one with completely different specs without warning, and the second time half my order was cancelled without warning or explanation.

As it stands I've been charged for the full price of my original order, whilst still awaiting a refund.
