Ordered a sit of speakers and confirmed order . Got a phone number a week later to say they didn't have the ones I wanted . So they where going to send me a better spec .

"Tromperie sur marchandises "

Je constate que maintenant que vous aviez pas mal d'avis négatif. Et j'aurai sûrement dû regarder avant de commander chez vous. Je suis venu vers vous en amont pour des informations sur un produit que vous vendez sur Ebay. Un kit commandé au volant. J'ai échangé avec vous avant commande pour savoir la compatibilité. Vous m'aviez demandé des références que je vous ai envoyé photos a l'appui.
Convaincu j'ai passé commande. Je reçois mon colis et le contenu n’à rien à voir avec l'annonce sur Ebay. En effet sur l'annonce, un boîtier carré , sur la boîte reçu également un boîtier carré, mais à l'intérieur un boîtier rond (déjà utilisé, je précise et des fiches différentes.
Je vous ai fais remonter l'information. Photos à l'appui. votre réponse à été la suivante : "C'est le fabricant qui a changé le boitier"
Le soucis est entre vous et le fabricant, ce n'est pas mon problème !!
J'ai commandé et payé pour un produit bien précis.
Il aurait fallu faire une vérification avant envoi pour vérifier di c'était le bon produit.
Ou alors le stipuler dans votre annonce. Exemple : Photos non contractuelles, ou il se peut que le boîtier soit différent, ect...des informations importantes pour l'acheteur.
Je vous ai demandé l’envoi du boîtier comme dans l'annonce. Vous persistez à me dire que c'est le bon modèle, alors que vous le dites vous même, le fabricant change les boîtiers.😅
J'ai demandé un remboursement, et un bon de retour, en vain!!
Vous êtes des très mauvaises foi et pas du tout pro!!
De plus le kit n’est pas compatible avec mon véhicule ! Il ne fonctionne pas!!
Totalement décu de cette commande.
Ça sera ma première et dernière commande chez vous. Bonne continuation.

"Scam"

The company said one set of the speakers is not on stock so we agreed to money refund.
One month later they still don't answer my phone calls and ignoring my emails.
No refund was made
Complete scammers - avoid

"No update, no goods, no communication "

Placed an order two weeks ago and got an order confirmation but then nothing. No shipping notification, no update to say it was waiting on stock / out of stock so I followed up with an email enquiry and still nothing.

"Very unhelpful customer service."

Very unhelpful customer service.
I made a order for a speed camera online and made a mistake with the postal address that it was meant to be sent. I informed them straight away and they told me they had sorted it. But my item never came.
I rang them and they told me it had gone to the wrong address.
They told me that i would need to sort it out myself. I had to call the people at the other address and pay for the delivery myself.
Shame on you car audio centre.
Very unproffesional.

"Worst customer service I have ever received!"

*Edit to address the company response below - This order was placed on 09/09/2014, and this review was published on Trust Pilot on 24/10/2014. I have recently moved to a new Trust Pilot account and removing the old account removed the associated reviews. I have simply copied and pasted the old review to the new account. Aside from the date mismatch, that I added a comment about, there are no other changes to what has been visible on Trust Pilot since 2014. I have not simply chosen to write a review 10 years later, and thought the comment I added covered that. Jumping straight on here to falsely claim this review is fake really only speaks to the level of customer service the original review was written about, and rather highlights why I wanted it to remain on Trust Pilot. I must say I am also not sure how it can be claimed that my order number is not genuine, while also saying it is from 2022, when it is neither of these things.*

Admittedly this is from 2014, but I have moved to a new account which removed the existing review. It seems the company hasn't improved, so I wanted this to remain on the site.

I bought from this company on the recommendation of a friend, who has now apologised for the recommendation and now recommends the same as me, do not touch this company with a barge pole! I bought an item from them as it was the cheapest I could the product and the recommendation made my decision. When I made the order, I went through the entire ordering process being quoted Free Delivery, until I hit submit, when a £7.50 "Scottish Highlands Surcharge" was added to the invoice, even though I do not live in the scottish highlands. I immediately phoned the company to querie this and was told it was right, even though I do not live there and they couldn't give me a list of postcodes which ARE highlands based. After failing to get a resolution from 3 phone calls to the company, I had to contact the delivery company directly to get the list of highlands postcodes, which confirmed I do not live there, I was eventually refunded this surcharge. I then received an email 1 minute before the sales department shut to say there was an issue with the order and I needed to phone them, I did so first thing next morning and was told "There was a problem, the item has a tatty box, but we resolved it", otherwise meaning they decided to send it anyway even though they hadn't spoken to me. The item I ordered was quoted as being new, however, when I received it, it was clear that it was not new. After phoning again I was told that it was Ex-Demo and hadn't been checked before it was sent. I was offered a newer product for £100 extra or a refund, I chose the refund. I was told I could have the old item picked up on a day of my choosing that week and the refund would be processed immediately. After a further 6 phone calls, a courier was finally sent to pick the item up and it was returned to the company on September 22nd. I phoned a number of times after this as I still had no money back in my account, I was told that it had arrived but hadn't been opened, and to try the next day as it should be updated on the system by then before "the team have a relaxed Friday". I phoned the next day and was told that the sales operative had "just watched his manager process the refund and it should be in my account within the next 2 days". This did not happen. After phoning more times I was eventually told that the system had been updated to reflect the refund, but "they mustn't have pressed the button to actually send the money". I finally received my refund on October 10th, after the item had been signed for by them on 22nd September. Deeply dissatisfied with this atrocious service and being lied to on so many separate occasions. I will never use this company again and urge others not to either!

"Ordered a brand new pioneer headunit "

Ordered a brand new pioneer headunit
It arrived but bits missing and looks like it’s been out the box
Tried ringing them no answer
Contacted them on the website and by sales email and no response

I have bought from them before and never a issue but this time total waste of time
Sat waiting to find out what’s happening

"Terrible Customer Service"

Ordered an aerial that said it came with extensions, was told there would be a massive delay in delivery but it actually turned up less than a month later however it didn't come with the extensions. I messaged Car Audio Centre and the replies I got were just rude, didn't address the problem or apologize. I had to send pictures of the website showing where it said these were included before they would even update the website. Still no apology or reasoning just a rude if your not happy send it back. Wouldn't recommend them if you expect good service.

EDIT: Wow, they have even replied to my review and lied. Yes it was advertised with extensions and I've got the screenshots of your website to prove it. Rude and liars, well done Car Audio Fail Centre 👍🏻

"Ordered an item that showed in stock "

Ordered an item that showed in stock , four days later (when it was supposed to be delivered) received an email just before lunchtime informing me that they do not have item , it was a head unit , that was getting fitted along with a big set up that was booked in else where for fitting coinciding with this delivery, now have to reorder else where,rebook fitting, and wait up to five days for refund. Total waste of time and effort, I know there are wars on in the world , but still seriously annoying
