Thank you Gary and Curtis, Customer services & Sales. I purchased an Auto-sleeper Campervan in June which didn`t have a Sat Navigational System. Trawling through the web I found Car Audio Centre, whose prices were very competitive and I bought an Evo F 903 Sat Nav from them, believing it to have pre installed Sat Nav maps. Unfortunately that was a mistake on my part, as my fitter explained to me that it didn`t have pre installed Sat Nav features. Going back to customer services/Gary, I explained my problem and asked if I could return the Evo 903 and pay the difference and upgrade to the Alpine F904DC which had a pre installed Sat Nav system and software for Motor Homes and trucks. He agreed to the return and upgrade and passed me onto Curtis and I ordered and paid the difference. Me, one very happy customer, when you pay over a £1000, one needs to get it right. Thank you both for excellent customer services, your help and advice and putting right my mistake. I would thoroughly recommend CAC as a company to deal with.

I recently went to this store due to desperately needing my car stereo sorting. Due to my circumstances, Leon squeezed me into a slot for an earlier date, which was very sweet of him to do. He did a super thorough job and even did things out of asking to make sure I would have no issues in the future. As the business that previously put my stereo did a very bad job at it. He charged me a very good price. Overall Leon did an amazing job and I just wanted to thank him. I have told my friends and family about this store as their services are worth every penny. 10/10

"Poor Customer Service & communication"
I was asked to ring Car Audio Centre on behalf of my customer who had recently purchased an Alpine headunit & all the extra's but we were missing a vital part of the kit to complete the installation. I got through to a guy called Gary who asked for me to send him some photo's of the kit we had received. I had no reply for a day or so I rang again the following day for a follow up. He advised me that the photo's I had sent him were not the additional ones the customer had ordered. He then went on tell me he didn't really want to deal with me anymore & didn't really give a toss as if I wasn't the one who had spent the money. My only aim was to act on my customers behalf as he wasn't sure what else he needed to complete his installation. As a professional auto electrician that fits audio equipment day in day out I will now avoid Car Audio Centre like the plague & tell others to do the same. Being polite costs nothing!

Ordered a Pioneer SPH20DAB stereo. Waited a week and then contacted Car Audio Centre to ask on progress. I it was "special order" and they had no timeframe of when they would receive it from their supplier. I've used Car Audio Centre in the past but needless to say, I won't be using them again. Why sell items you do not have in stock?

Car stereo on website shown as "5 available". Ordered for next day delivery. Next day, no update, but when I checked on the website (with 3 still available) my purchase status shown as "On Back Order". Extra star as it was dealt with swiftly and refund issued by customer service; no delivery date possible as they had no idea when it would next be in stock.
