Paid for express shipping for a special occasion. Gave a delivery date of that Friday. I checked on it daily and was assured it would make it. However, they could not talk to the shipper as it was a partner warehouse. Called and chatted many times. It did not ship until the day it was scheduled to arrive. There is more to this but really a mess and a failure.

I purchased 2 - 18k gold rings. Although they were reasonably priced, they were not what was expected based on the photos I was presented with prior to purchase.
They were very thin and very fine. Barely there and extremely fragile.
Not necessarily a 'good' deal.
