This is the second time I have used Prime Laundry as I have been recovering from a second cataract operation. One must not lift heavy things for a while and I needed a collect and deliver laundry service for my heavier washing. Being London wide Prime Laundry has been very useful and done a good job for me twice. I am likely to use their dry cleaning service at some point rather than lug heavy items to the dry cleaners as in the past.

I needed my winter coats cleaned for the New Year's Eve but I didn't have time to drop them at the dry cleaners before Christmas due to work. I found this home collection service and they were very prompt in collecting my items just before Christmas Eve. They were supposed to be delivered on the 27th and were a day late due to being busy because of Christmas which is very understandable. Then on the 28th they delivered the items an hour later than expected due to traffic. Both the online agent and the driver were very polite and friendly. The online agent was very quick in replying and contacting the driver, so altogether everything was fine in the end. The items came back clean and sewn. I'm happy with the results, but it would be better to increase the delivery window by an hour just in case customers have anything planned that day and expect delivery within the specified timeframe. Altogether I'm happy so I will use their services in the future.
