I sent a bag of items to be cleaned and ironed which came back and we found the duvet cover and pillowcases bottom of the bag screwed up and in a worse state then before they went !!
I called the helpline and spoke to a sarcastic member staff who was about as good as nothing .

"A dreadful service"
A dreadful service. They give a 2 hour window for collection and delivery but are still always late. Now an hour so far on drop off. They don't even apologise. I also found someone else's underwear in my laundry last time. They simply don't care. Do not use this company.

"Terrible experience"
I would like to make a complaint about the service I have received from your company recently.
I have placed an order for my laundry to be collected on the 23rd of May with the guarantee that I will receive them back in promised condition the next day.
However, not only this was not done but the driver was also late on the collection and the customer service team just wasted my time further more and were not able to offer any compensation for this massive inconvenience.
At the time when I selected the service I have also thought about sending a duvet to be clean which I ultimately de-selected and communicated to the driver which said will further announce this.
At the moment, the team member I communicated with on the live chat states that I should not get any compensation, as I already got a discount (the 30% you offer everyone which has nothing to do with a compensation) and that I selected the 48 hour service because of the duvet. Needless to say how frustrating it is, especially when they have the audacity to say that tomorrow I will receive the clothes at a time of their choice - uncleaned. And that they will refund in 3-5 days a service that you did not provide and kept my property for no reason at all during this time.
I will undoubtely go further with this, but I do except a respectul and satisfactory response on your part regarding this incredibily unconvenient situation.

"I had my first collection which was…"
I had my first collection which was collected 2.5 hours late and had no update from company until I chased to find out driver had been in an accident. He was fine. The next day I was promised return of laundry at 1pm again not achieved as my laundry had yet to be dried. I was then told when I chased again that this would be between 2 and 5pm. I have missed two days of work due to their timing and offered no refund or compensation for this as they said delivery is free. It did not really deal with the issue that the service offered was not fulfilled and updates other than me chasing were not existent. Yet to know if wash was successful as not yet returned .

"Laundry service completely ruined clothes, company not offering compensation"
Used this service twice when washing machine broken. Second time, one bag of washing obviously washed/dried at extremely high temperatures despite promises on website to wash at 30℃ and tumble dry on a medium heat.
Numerous items of expensive school and club branded sports kit now completely ruined as navy colours ran into yellow to produce green blotches, black items now grey, some materials crinkled as if they had been through a hair crimper at high heat, and so many items shrunk to ridiculous sizes including mens' socks and youth football socks now looking like they would fit a small child or toddler.
I had washed and tumble dried these items at home for years, never had a problem with them.
Despite acknowledging these items were damaged, this company is refusing to offer compensation even though it will cost nearly £230 to replace items. They did offer to "try their level best to restore the damaged items" but these items cannot be restored and need to be replaced them at my own expense.
There is no way to contact them except via an email address, so very easy for them to sit behind a desk and not show the level of care they promise on their website.
My advice is to think about what is promised via an online company, especially before you leave expensive (or any) clothes in their care. Because little care was taken.
