We recently purchased a new MS-RT van from Castle Motors, and what can I say... A fantastic experience all round! We dealt with Jon, and he was excellent from day one, he helped us with the buying process and we were able to collect our new van smoothly, and promptly! We also traded our previous van in with Jon and the sale of that went extremely well also.
It is very hard to find a car dealership like Castle Motors, the attention to detail, the quality of their vehicles, and the quality of their staff is unmatched.

Unfortunately bought a car from Castle Motors recently and although the advert was written saying in their words " with 72000 miles service history and then serviced by ourselves"
In English i believed this to state there's 72000 miles service visor NOT 2 services?
I only recieved 2 service receipts and was informed any other service history is now kept online which I would find myself. To recieve this info I needed to register online with the vehicle details after purchase On the Ford site. This was not the case and no service history was found. I have been over 2 weeks trying to chase this up and each time I spoke to the salesman he palmed me off with excuses and things to do like contact vospers directly myself, this is exactly what I did copying the dealer into to email after the phonecalls. Vospers responded with the same info as I found online saying there was no online Service History for this vehicle. I also needed to also update the stereo myself through another source costing more money although this is suppose to be part of a service I was informed later.
I was finally informed by Castle Motors yesterday I could have a refund but I would have to pay for the removal of my private plate myself and do this before returning the car . This also puts more expense in my lap and none on Cattle Motors. They had firstly offered a service next year and maybe a Valet instead at the same time. Unfortunately I now don't trust a word I'm being told. If I remove my number at my expense I am not insured to drive the vehicle all the way back to Liskeard without paying for my insurance to be changed.
Anybody buying from Castle Motors Please make sure everything is in your hands before leaving with your new car as you will unlikely recieve it after you've left the garage. I purchased a £650 warranty which at Castle Motors at the same time being conscious their warranty may not cover repair costs but taking other reviews I believe the warranty they sell is not worth purchasing. I really wish I hadn't set eyes on them although I initially loved the car and still do but I now have a vehicle that dosent have the service history I thought I purchased and the customer service is appalling. Any decent salesman would have sought the service history themselves and not left it to the customer. Please read the code of conduct for Motor trade salesmen set out by the Motor ombudsman where is stated they should not mislead customers verbally or in writing with adverts etc regarding the vehicles their selling and their history etc because they obviously mislead me and tried telling me I was taking it wrong. I have gone so much stress trying to resolve this myself and I'm now at the end of my tether unfortunately. I would have driven back up today if I could have to get my money back but to be told I have to wait another week when I had things organised isn't good enough. They could have waited for me to send them the V5 the same as I had to wait when I bought the car

I am delighted to have received delivery of my Ford Mustang purchased from Castle Motors.
The entire buying process has been very professional, efficient and seamless from start to finish and it has been a pleasure dealing with the owner/director of Castle Motors, Dale Flood.
As I live around 300 miles away and unable to make the trip to view the car in person, this wasn’t an issue due to Dale providing photos, videos and answers to the very many questions that I had.
My expectations were fulfilled upon receiving the car and seeing it for the first time in the flesh. It truly is immaculate, even having been driven all that way. The delivery service has been faultless. I was kept informed of who was making the delivery and when and given an ETA on the day.
On reflection, I had been a little uneasy about buying a car without seeing it in person but there was no need at all. Thanks to Castle Motors, my remote car buying experience has been refreshing and indeed a great pleasure.
Highly recommended for prestige, high quality cars and customer service.

bought car from castle motors went back to have it fixed six times but still a fault and sold me a warranty from AUTO PROTECT which is useless 12 weeks car in garage now waiting on decision if to pay out do not buy auto protect
