Amazing customer service - incredibly helpful & friendly, I would recommend this as a place to shop.
Visited the shop recently & bought a couple of pendants for gifts, while we were there the young man serving engaged us in conversation, was helpful & clearly had good product knowledge & kindly cleaned a pendant bought from there previously.
I also communicated directly with Derek Simpson in the workshop who made a piece specifically for a gift to suit requirements, was extremley helpful. All much appreciated, would definitely shop there again.
