I have been buying watches for many years and have had a mix of good deals and bad! I am sure this has happened to many people.
I came accross Chronoedge whilst searching for a certain Omega. I contacted them via email and Andrew promptly replied. We entered a dialogue over several days and agreed on a deal.
Lee finalised the deal at there office as discussed and agreed.
In this day and age of extremely poor customer service it was refreshing that there are a few dedicated people companies that can speak and communicate direct to one and another.
I can not thank them enough for the excellent service received from start to finish.
They even went that extra mile to obtain a spare link as it was a little tight. Now that is customer service at its best!
The watch was as new and as described. I have no hesitation to recommend this company to anyone looking for a high end watch.
