I visited ChronoEdge in person as I live in Manchester. & purchased a unisex TagHeur for a friend who then let me down. The watch was as described I.e as new.
Rather than obtain a refund, I asked if I could swap the watch for a gents model & had absolutely no issue in doing that.
The guys were extremely helpful & showed me a number of watches within my budget. Again the watch chosen was in as new condition.
